#1 | WELCOME TO MY BLOG

Hello everyone!! 

This is Meryem Kasap, who is currently 20 years old and in her sophomore year at Marmara University, majoring in ELT (English Language Teaching).

In this blog, you will see me trying to talk about and explain things that will be predominantly in teaching and learning contexts from the perspective of a pre-service teacher. 

Although technological developments gradually took their place in our lives to become an integral part of it when I was born, I have never experienced this side of the internet, such as blogging, graphic design, or creating a website, as my understanding of using these opportunities was quite limited. However, this year -2024- we were lucky enough to take a course called “Instructional Technologies and Material Design in ELT” and one of our long-lasting tasks is keeping and updating a blog. When we talked about this in our class, I can say that we were all excited to experience something like this, so I hope this whole thing will be an enjoyable journey for all of us. 

WARNING: When I said that I have zero experience in the whole blogging world, I WASN’T JOKING. So you, my dear reader, will also witness my real-life tryouts to keep my blog alive, ENJOY THE SHOW!!!
